All orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free shipping applies to orders over $150.00

Standard: 3-7 days (AU$9.95)

Including processing time, you should normally expect to have your parcel between 3-9 working days.

Express: 2-3 days (AU$14.95)

Including processing time, you should normally expect to have your parcel between 2-5 working days. Next business day delivery is available to customers who are located in Australian CBDs, metro and major regional area (excluding Perth metro and Darwin), which is about 80% of all Australian addresses. For those outside those areas, parcels are still sent Express and Australia Post uses the fastest possible transport links, but please allow up to 4-6 business days including our processing time.

Please note:

  • Australia Post delivers on business days only, not on weekends or public holidays

  • Safe Drop delivery: Orders are left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign. If it's not possible to leave your parcel in a safe place, a calling card will be left with details for collection at an Australia Post facility.

  • Beach & Bay cannot be accountable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control such as strikes and extreme weather conditions etc.

  • Your order will be despatched once payment has been successfully processed and stock availability confirmed.
